We currently field specialist coaches across nine titles including Valorant, League of Legends, Apex Legends, CS2, Overwatch 2, and Rocket League. Each coach is verified at the top ranks of their game, and we match you to a coach who mains your title and role.

No. The majority of our coaching is delivered live online with screen-share and replay tools. On-site studio access in Shoreditch is included with the Protocol Elite tier and available to other clients by arrangement for bootcamps and LAN preparation.

After booking, you'll receive a private link to our scheduling system where you can pick slots that suit you. Studio hours are Monday to Friday 10:00–22:00 and weekends 11:00–20:00 UK time. Campaign and Elite members get priority booking with senior coaches.

We don't sell guaranteed ranks — that often violates game terms of service and isn't how genuine improvement works. What we guarantee is structured, measurable coaching. The vast majority of committed Campaign clients climb at least one full division within their first month.

Single sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. If a coach misses a confirmed session, that session is credited back to you in full.

Yes. Every coach is verified at the top percentile of their title — many are former or current competitive players. We share each coach's rank history and specialisms before your first session so you know exactly who you're training with.
